Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) govern the use of our online shop dealecke.com as well as the contractual relationships between Deal Ecke and our customers.
Please read these terms carefully before placing an order.
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online shop of Deal Ecke.
Any differing terms and conditions of the customer shall only apply if we have explicitly agreed to them in writing.
A consumer within the meaning of these T&C is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.
The contracting partner for orders placed through this online shop is:
Deal Ecke

The presentation of our products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
By submitting your order, you make a binding offer to purchase the products contained in the shopping cart.
After receiving your order, you will receive an electronic order confirmation. Unless this confirmation explicitly states acceptance of the contract, it merely confirms that your order has been received by us.
The purchase contract is concluded when we explicitly confirm your order or accept the order for processing or shipping.
Please carefully check all details – especially the delivery address, product variant, size, and any personalization details – before completing your order.
We make every effort to display product images, colors, sizes, descriptions, and other information as accurately as possible.
Depending on your screen, device settings, production processes, and materials, the colors and appearance of the actually delivered product may vary slightly from the online display.
For textiles and other printed products, minor deviations in print placement, color rendering, or material structure may also occur due to the production process.
Such deviations do not affect your statutory defect rights if an actual material defect exists.
Many products from Deal Ecke are produced or printed using the print-on-demand process after an order has been received.
As a result, additional production and processing time may be required before shipping.
For personalized products, you are responsible for checking the names, texts, images, sizes, variants, or other customization details you provide before placing the order.
We generally cannot offer free remanufacturing for errors based exclusively on incorrectly submitted personalization details.
Statutory rights remain unaffected.
The price displayed on the respective product page or at checkout at the time of your order applies.
Information on applicable taxes as well as any shipping or other costs will be displayed in accordance with the information in the shop and checkout.
The available payment methods will be shown to you during the ordering process.
Payment processing may be handled by external payment service providers, such as PayPal. The terms of the respective provider may additionally apply to the use of such payment services.
Estimated production and delivery times can be found on our shipping page and, where applicable, on the respective product page.
The stated delivery times are estimates unless a binding delivery date has been explicitly agreed upon.
An order with multiple items may be shipped in multiple packages for logistical reasons. In this case, the packages may arrive at different times.
As soon as tracking information is available, we usually provide it by email or through the corresponding order overview.
Consumers are generally entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts.
Details regarding the prerequisites, deadlines, and consequences of withdrawal can be found in our
Refund Policy.
The statutory withdrawal period is generally 14 days, provided no legal exception applies.
For goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual choice or specification by the customer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to personal needs, the statutory right of withdrawal may be excluded.
This particularly applies to correspondingly customized or personalized products, provided the legal requirements for this exclusion are actually met.
Statutory warranty rights apply to defects in delivered goods.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact our customer service.

To enable a quick review, please provide us with the following if possible:
- your order number,
- a brief description of the issue,
- photos of the item,
- if applicable, photos of the packaging.
The request for photos is intended to speed up processing and does not limit your statutory rights.
If you wish to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after completing the order.
For print-on-demand and personalized products, production may begin shortly after the order is received.
Once production has started, changes or voluntary cancellations may no longer be possible.
A statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected by this.
The delivered goods remain our property until full payment of the purchase price has been made, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Despite careful maintenance, product descriptions, pricing information, availability, or other content may occasionally contain errors or technical inaccuracies.
We reserve the right to correct such errors and update information. Already concluded contracts and mandatory statutory customer rights remain unaffected.
To the extent permitted by law, German law applies to contracts with Deal Ecke, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
For consumers, this choice of law only applies to the extent that it does not deprive them of the protection granted by mandatory provisions of the state of their habitual residence.
Information regarding mandatory or voluntary participation in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board will be provided – to the extent required for our company – in our imprint or the corresponding legal information.
We may update these Terms and Conditions for future orders if our services, business processes, or legal requirements change.
For an order that has already been placed, the conditions that became part of the respective contract at the time of conclusion shall generally apply.
The current version of the T&C can be viewed on this page.
Should any individual provision of these T&C be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall generally remain unaffected, to the extent permitted by law.
Mandatory statutory consumer rights shall remain unaffected in any case.
